These are the actual cars — photographed at home in Chileka, not stock pictures. Both are 2-wheel drive, so they are built for tarmac and town roads rather than off-road work.
Nissan Juke
A compact crossover — small enough to be quick and easy through Blantyre traffic and narrow township roads, high enough off the ground to be comfortable on a rough one. The right car for one or two people with hand luggage.

A full-size SUV with a proper boot. This is the one to ask for when there are suitcases to fit, a family arriving together, or a longer run out of town where the extra room actually matters.
