A two-car business cannot hide behind a call centre, and does not try to. Elliot agrees the trip with you himself and stays answerable for it. If something changes — a delayed flight, an extra stop, a different pick-up point — you message the same person, and he already knows the booking.
Which is also why nothing on this site is padded out. There are two cars and two phone numbers. Anything not confirmed is left blank rather than filled in with something that sounds right.
